If you woke up tomorrow morning and your life was what you want it to be, what would it look like?
I believe my purpose as a therapist is to help adults to identify the answer to that question; to help achieve goals such as managing stress and anxiety, depression, enjoying life more, feeling more positive, assertive and self confident, and communicating and interacting better with others. I help people develop tools to make progress towards the goals they identify in answer to that question. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy with a focus on cognitive and behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and identifying and utilizing peoples strengths, wants and needs.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin -Superior with a Bachelors of Science degree in an individualized major which focused on Wellness with concentrated study in psychology, communication and health.
